Schneier on Security - If you’re into cryptography this is one of the best blogs you cans ign up for.

Google Security Blog - This is where you can get updates from Google on their products and what their research teams are contributing the interwebs.

NCC Group Research - This group releases a lot of studies and whitepapers on all sort of topics within infosec. If you want a longer read or an executive summary on some of the latest research happening in the indsutry.

Troy Hunt - Troy was one of the first people I hooked on regularly. At the time he was doing a lot of appsec posts. He’s since switched to more weekly updates on video that covers a variety of topics. Still searching through his archives has a lot of good appsec related content.

GreyNoise - This is a great blog that dives into CVEs and the exploitation of vulnerabilities by threat actors.

JerryGamblin.com - Short, every once and a while blog that covers a variety of topics in infosec.

Newsletters

Risky Business - This is world-wide news wrapped up into multiple newsletters. The podcasts are pretty good too.
